What we do at PCRC

Plymouth Counselling & Relationship Coaching is a partnership of a husband and wife team, Alan Chatting and Grace Chatting.

Both Grace and Alan are BACP Accredited Counsellors, Family Mediators and Professional Coaches. We have a number of associate counsellors who are members of BACP.

Alan Chatting, BSc (Hons), PGCE, BPhil(Ed), Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Diploma in Life, Business and Executive Coaching, Accredited by BACP, UKRC, Registered Member of the UK College of Family Mediators.

Alan spent the first part of his career in education. He has more than 30 years experience working with children, adults, couples and young people. Alan has trained in couple work with Katie Hendricks.

Grace Chatting, BA (Hons), CQSW, Diploma in Women's Studies, Diploma in Family Therapy, Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Diploma in Life, Business and Executive Coaching. Member of UK College of Family Mediators. Member of European Coaching Institute, BACP Senior Accredited and UKRC.

Grace's background is in Social Work with children and families, dealing mainly with child protection, domestic violence and chemical dependency. She has more than 20 years experience working with Individuals, Couples and Families. Grace takes a keen interest in relationship enhancement, and has trained in couple work with Katie Hendricks.

Grace has developed a Couples Coaching system which is accredited by the Open College Network and which she delivers to counsellors and coaches in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Her book on the method will be published shortly.
