Individual Counselling

We provide personal counselling to individuals either by self referral or through workplace Employee Assistance Programmes. We are experienced in working in partnership with the Local Authority and NHS professionals.

Relationship Coaching

We provide relationship coaching for singles and couples. If you are shy, lacking in confidence with the opposite sex, or just don't know where or how to find a partner, we can work with you to build your confidence and discover where and how to meet Mr/Ms right. If you are already in a relationship, we can work with you separately or together to check out if you are right for each other before you say "I Do". If you are experiencing difficulties in your relationship, we can coach you to discover how to resolve conflicts, improve communication and have a passionate and fulfilling relationship for life. If you are recovering from Divorce, separation, or are recently bereaved, we can coach you to make the transition to being happily single again. We also help couples to make amicable separation when this is their decision. This can minimise emotional harm to their children.

Family Mediation

We assist divorced or separated couples to resolve disputes regarding residence and contact with children, and division of property and assets. Where conflict exists between individuals or groups of family members we provide mediation to help resolve the conflict and restore communication.
